The Key missing link for the people living or chosing to live in Sunbridge is Sunbridge Parkway. The proposed road will give Sunbridge residents a path past the Middle School North right to Rt 528. Finally a second route out of the Sunbridge area. The road actually exists at 528 and has an exit that used to be called Innovation Way in both directions. The Southern route is now "Sunbridge Parkway" and connects to the new Taylor Morrison Neighborhood, Heron Bay which is scheduled to begin Selling in late 2026. Sadly Sunbridge Parkway ends right after Heron Bay but this is the real key road that needs to be built to give Sunbridge true access. The new highway, SR 534 will help alleviate the heavy congestion on Narcoossee and the Del Webb residents will have a rear gate that will take them to Jack Brack RD to go to points South but Sunbridge Parkway is the game changer and where our current efforts are focused for the greatest impact.
